Founded in 2010 in Dubai by Amro El Bolock, 7Quality started with one clear goal: to help businesses grow by building stronger teams.
After decades in HR and leadership roles, Amro grew frustrated with the common issue of too many broken promises, bad culture fits, long yet unhelpful training sessions and no real positive results.

Our Founder - Amro El Bolock
With over 40+ years of experience in Human Resources, including 30+ years in the UAE, Amro has led Human Resources divisions across multibillion dollar firms in property development, facility management, hospitality, telecom, retail, and government.
Amro was instrumental in the growth of renowned brands such as Burj Al Arab, Hilton, DAMAC, Jumeirah, Axiom Telecom, Bin Zayed Group and many more.
